You guys trust government and giant multinational corporations way more than I ever will.

The history of medical science is littered with cases of fricking people up.

Tuskegee Syphillis Study

I will be sitting out v1 of any coronavirus vaccine that is rushed through trials and to market.

My body. My choice.

Yeah frick that I'm not getting that vaccine. If one thing has been proven it is that these doctors and scientists are generally useless and play the guessing game with people lives.

Absolutely.

My fear is that businesses will start to require employees to be vaccinated....I hope that doesn't happen but I already see the writing on the wall with the way they require testing.

Luckily I work from home.

True. I agree. My bosses won't require it but I worry for my sister who is an ER nurse.

Human error is a very real possibility, especially when rushing something. Not to mention that there appears to be different mutations of the virus. Who is to say the vaccine is effective against all of those?

Isn't it an advantage of mRNA vaccine technology that virus mutation isn't as much of a concern versus traditional vaccines???

ETA I think I'm wrong on that.

Honest question, why were so many people praising and going all in for Hydroxichloroquine on this board months ago.

But now act like vaccines are the worst thing ever.

Absolutely. Dissent is not welcomed with the "trust science" crowd.

As if humans or science is infallible and never made a mistake or hurt people before.

Treatment and a vaccine are not the same. We see why you're asking the question though.

I don't get the flu shot every year because I think the flu will kill me

I dont either.

But I have Millions, more like billions, worth of data on the flu vaccine and years worth of use

I have 30,000 data points on this vaccine with months worth of minimal use. Sorry, Im not taking it for "the greater good"

Likely get it at the same time each year. They'll say "flu and COVID shots" every where. Just like kids getting multiple shots when they're little.

Like you said, not a big deal.

They get to inject whatever nanotech they’ve been working on in every us citizen with no questions. Who knows what info this will give them and to what end? A lot of people are starting to question if this was the goal of releasing the virus in the first place.

You have 21,000 posts on an internet message board. The government already has plenty of information on you. More than you would ever know. They don't need to insert a chip into us just to track us. Our cell phones already does that for them

Well that was the logic you were implying.

Yes. Another one that doesn't understand that vaccines are not for the individual, but for herd immunity.

Same as the flu shot.
