Crazy what regulations and cutting production does to prices.

Stupid. Should have averaged down. Bought a ton of oil and gas March 2020 and have killed it.

No. Can you show a production cut now? The thread is about production at record levels. So clearly you are not being honest.

The driver in higher oil prices is economic activity. The last two republican administrations have both ended with economic collapse. Sure, gas prices fall when no one is buying gas, but that is a sign of economic failure.

I agree with you oil executives prosper under democrat leadership. Unfortunately black people take a backseat and suffer under democrat leadership

Do you ever question “why”? Especially after DJT.

I agree. And when production activity is high, supported by high demand, the drillers, roughnecks, tool rental, environmental, safety, and every other related business does well. That funds a lot of new trucks and yeti coolers and fishing boats.

In Louisiana, as well as Texas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and other production states, high demand due to expanding activity, supporting higher and stable oil prices, is what we need. It’s picking up again now. This is a good thing.

So to see right wingers try to twist positive news into something bad is to watch them lie and obfuscate. Or as right wingers love to say, being “obtuse.”

Brandon is desperate for lower oil prices and reduced inflation. That is, when he is coherent which is likely 10% of the day.

Oil and gas were cheaper in January 2020 than they are in January 2022.

Please cite economic indicators that show that the economy is currently better than in January 2020

It’s impressive how clueless people here are about oil markets given that Louisiana is an oil producing state. Canceling a lease sale where production additions would come 10 years out doesn’t impact current oil prices. WTI was in the $70s/bbl in 2018 and Trump had nothing to do with it.

Right wingers are losers. Hopefully Biden keep helping the rich. We needed the poor for their votes but now that our team won the poor are a waste.
