I had a similar issue in my early 30’s. I was trying to cut weight and started doing a smoothie for lunch every day. Turns out I was the OG soy boy because they were made with soy protein. Not even a doctor could figure it out, it was another posted here that found the culprit.
No issues anymore, but also watch out for boner pills because they’ll do a number on your low back.

I don't know about peptides but eating meat has my libido sky high and I'm a bit older than you. Specifically ruminant meat. Lay off processed crap, sugar, etc. If that interests you, look into carnivore/zero carb - it has been life changing for a lot of people.

Don’t mess with the off-brand sauce. Just ask your doc for a scrip for generic sildenafil. Fill the scrip at Walmart or Costco. At full price it’s still cheap.

I bought some that were recommended in the big thread. They definitely worked but the bottle says “not meant for human consumption” so I never took them again.
Also, the dosage instructions were a bit confusing. You could easily misunderstand them after a few glasses of wine and take enough to keep you hard for a month

I use sermorelin for relief of joint and muscle pain. It seems to help with inflammation.
