Fresh milk contains:
- Lactobacillus (probiotic, aids digestion)
- Immunoglobulins (antibodies from cow, support immune system)
- Lactoferrin (antimicrobial, actually PREVENTS pathogen growth)

Pasteurization kills all of this.

The majority of Americans do not eat just ruminant meat. They are consuming tons of other garbage with their meat, and people just want to point fingers at meat being the culprit like a bunch of retards.

If you believe that fruits and vegetables are actually necessary in order to be healthy, you've been deceived. For a lot of people, they are actually poison. This is evidenced via massive inflammation and systemic/autoimmune conditions which are completely resolved by consuming only ruminant meat.
