If you believe that fruits and vegetables are actually necessary in order to be healthy, you've been deceived. For a lot of people, they are actually poison. This is evidenced via massive inflammation and systemic/autoimmune conditions which are completely resolved by consuming only ruminant meat.

Fruits and vegetables ARE poison. Along with any sort of processed food item and sugar/high fructose corn syrup laden beverages of course.
Ruminant meat is the most nutrient dense food source on the planet, next to eggs. Eat beef, lamb, goat, etc. Carnivore is the way to go.
