Usually when I have to pass on the right after giving the offender ample time to move over, I will give them the polite 5 second horn honk as I pass them

This is all context specific. If he is doing 55 in 70 and won't move over he's the douche.
If he is doing 75 in a 70 and you blow up on his arse blinking your lights in his eyes at night expecting him to move over so you can blaze by .... You are the douche.

i just pass on the right, im not a lazy fricker. I understand some people dont know how to drive, and flashing lights at them isnt going to help.

Mildly annoyed. I didn't brake check a car or try and hit them with water. I kind of just put the stunna shade on and took off.
I wasn't mean or aggressive with the flashing. I flashed once from a distance, once from one second behind and again from 2.5 seconds behind.
Then passed and was done.
Just don't get the mindset of people who get offended with being flashed.
It's not an aggressive move, it's to ask them to get out of the way.

Texans are the absolute worst of the worst when it comes to parking in the left lane. It's been this way for as long as I can remember. That being said, Louisiana drives are still inconsiderate as shite overall, but nobody camps out in the passing lane like Texans.

The only time I flash my lights at another car is when they forget to turn their lights on or there is a cop/wreck ahead.
People that tailgate/honk/blink their lights to get someone else to move over is probably more unhinged than the person cruising the fast lane. Sure it's annoying they routinely do it, but you can safely pass in the right lane and go on about your business. 9/10 these people don't even know they're doing anything abnormal so naturally they're going to think you're a dick.

I get that. I pass on the right too. Just when he has no one to the right of him, he shouldn;t be in the left anyway.
99% of the time when I flash they get over.

Nope. People in Texas will pull over onto the shoulder to let others pass on two lane roads. Not sure about 4 lanes+ but it has always been this way there for as long as I have been driving.

I guarantee 100% that the perceived "cut-off" Napoleon experienced was the left-lane driver realizing what his flashing lights meant and tried to move over to let him pass.
I estimate the amount of time between flashed lights and attempted right-lane pass at .9 seconds.
