Y'all know anyone who is still isolating after exposure and testing constantly? It's amazing how much damage 2020 did to the psyche of millions of Americans.

Work with a lazy POS that called into work the other day and said he was exposed and was getting tested.

At this point, it’s just an excuse to take a few days off work

The Reddit Zero Covid community will make you lose whatever faith you may have left in humanity

Those people are just lost causes . Not other way to say it

I don’t even know how to test if I wanted to. Guess CVS has over the counter test?
I sometimes see someone with a mask. I just assume their grandma is going through chemo

The last holdouts I see in public are almost always folks of a certain specific demographic.

Don’t personally know any holdouts.

If you have someone like this in your life I would imagine they are an extreme outlier.

Idk where you live but went to Chicago a few weeks ago to see friends (lived there for first 2 years of covid) and you still see people in masks driving alone and some still thing it’s a pandemic

Covid is still killing elderly. Given, they have preexisting conditions and the covid makes it harder for them to recover, but it’s still causing them to die.

It absolutely isn’t what they claimed it was from the beginning, but it’s still here and still a thing.

Your complaint should specifically be HEALTHY people who are still covidians…

probably one of the best decisions I ever made was looking at the panicked mob that was half of American society in 2020 and choosing to ignore their guidance at almost every opportunity.

I saw a guy who was wearing a mask to walk outside of his house, cross the street and get his mail out of his mailbox last weekend. I just shook my head as I drove by.

No former covidiots talk about it. It’s like theyre embarrassed to bring it up anymore.

Geez, wonder why?

It's weird right? It didn't go away. And the vaccine doesn't prevent transmission. So why aren't people dropping like flies, the way the news said they were 2 -3 years ago? Why aren't the hospitals packed with the sick and dying? It's not even in the news anymore, unless a talking head or government official needs an excuse for something shitty in the world.

Correct. And the fact is, the flu can be deadly to the same group of people.

I thought it was over till about 2 weeks ago. My co-worker had it, my wife’s co-worker had it, and then just as we were getting into the swing of things, my wife caught it and was really sick. I never got so much as a sniffle. It’s real it’s just very selective.
