People lack situational awareness - Gas station edition

If you are getting gas at a very busy gas station and then feel the need to go inside to get your bag of chips and liter of cola (you did earn it for standing up for those 3 minutes), please move into a parking spot.
I realize getting in and out of your car is very strenuous and requires much effort, but for the sake of all humanity, I politely ask that you and others take the 2 seconds to look around at your surroundings, see the multiple cars waiting to get their $5 gas, and pull the 30 ft up to a parking spot.

It's not situational awareness, they know damn well people are waiting. People are just selfish, rude and don't give a frick about anyone else.
Now the gassers blocking the only diesel pump when there are 14 gas pumps open is probably more situational awareness than being an arse.

I’ll also add, can you use a blinker if you see me waiting for you just let me know you’re turning by putting on your fricking blinker. You don’t even have to take your fat greasy hands off the steering wheel.

I don't think I've wished ill on as many human beings in a row than waiting in line for gas after Ida and watching people do that. It was so bad that the person behind me was confused when I went to get back in my car and asked "wait, the pumps are taking cards? Why is everyone going inside? I thought they were only taking cash..."

I very rarely purchase anything at the gas station. But I need receipts to expense my gas. And more and more the lazy frickers are not refilling the receipt paper.

I've never been to a gas station bush enough to warrant this except Buccee's on memorial day weekend. I've frequented many metro areas so its not like i stay in small towns
