Use to be an old guy near where I live that had a little building that was basically like fruit stand. He had the best roasted peanuts I've ever had.

I used to think roasted. Period. In fact, when I found out people boiled them and ate that soggy shite, I was quite shocked.
Found out wife likes them, so gave them another chance, to broaden my taste buds.
I like boiled peanuts now. Especially spicy. But if given a choice, as the OP has so generously done so, I'd go for roasted.
That is all.
Wait, no... one more thing... I believe they sell boiled peanuts at Arky games in Fayetteville. I think me and a buddy split some there. Arky, please confirm.
