Passing cops on the interstate

Driving down I-12 this morning. Cop is in the right lane doing 65. There is a line of about 20 cars in the left lane creeping past him at 66.
I hate people so much. Happy freaking Monday.

I'll go the speed limit while passing a cop. If's he's going the speed limit already then I'll get in line behind him.

The best is when they are hiding on the side of the interstate and everyone sees them at the last second and all slam on their brakes while going 80.. super safe

Most of the time if a cop is driving he's not looking for speeders. He's not going to write a ticket for 5 or so over so you can get around him. The guys writing tickets are parked on the side.
I also like when people slow down and act scared to drive around police cars outside of their jurisdiction.

I pass them in a respectful manner. Never had a problem.
I usually just pull in behind the LSPs on the basin bridge if they are running 70-75. If you don't tail gate them, they don't seem to mind you running behind them.

I had one doing 70 in the right lane the other day. I’m always on 75 cruise control. Put my blinker on and passed him up. On 310 the other day nobody would pass a Grand Isle cop , what a joke.

Sure, but if you can't drive safely at 10mph over then you probably can't at the limit either.

my favorite is following the cop going 85 on the interstate. If you have to go over the speed limit, then put your fricking lights on.
