Which is the more impressive structure? I’m going with the Romans
Parthenon (assume in original splendor)
Pantheon

I've been to the Pantheon, and must say, it's pretty cool, but not as impressive as I thought it would be.

The pantheon of concrete and steel.

I'll take the Parthenon

Go down to the ruins of the Temple of Zeus below the Parthenon and imagine what it must have looked like. Wish it had survived.
Here's a pic I took with my buddy for scale. Parthenon in the background.

Pantheon. That dome is amazing.
To see the Parthenon there is a 1:1 scale copy in Nashville that is pretty cool.

The Parthenon probably would have been more visually impressive from the outside. The Pantheon is a more impressive structural feat and more impressive from the inside.
...the Pantheon was built 600 years later, which maybe should be taken into account, but it was still a transcendent feat for its time.

I’ve been to both and prefer the Parthenon.

Sounds about right. Our story of creation comes from people that have sex through a hole in the sheet.

Reminds me of Shaq.
——
“When asked if he had visited the Parthenon during a recent trip to Greece, the Orlando Magic star responded: ''I can't really remember the names of the clubs we went to.'' At least that's how he's quoted in Sports Illustrated. ''I'm sure he was just kidding,'' said Dennis Tracey, O'Neal's personal assistant. ''The hotel we were in was overlooking the Parthenon. We had even talked about it.''

That last drawing of the Parthenon is not the Parthenon. Collumns, pediment and stairs are wrong. Name of the file says temple of artemis, I’m guessing it is the Temple of Artemis at Ephesus.
Hard to compare experiencing both.

Not sure, I’ve only seen the pantheon in person. The construction of both are amazing in their own ways. The pantheon is a prime examhple of the Romans use of concrete to build their empire. What is most impressive is I believe there is no metal reinforcements (modern day rebar).
I’d like to go see the Parthenon, but there isn’t much left unfortunately. Interesting article I read a while back on that. Apparently, tons of it resides is London today.

The buildings were actually quite colorful. Time and lots of sun has bleached them totally white.
