I may get downvoted for this, but I believe Jody turned out well because his father did exactly what he did. He sent his son a powerful message and we need more people doing this nowadays, jail sentences be damned.

Probation was not enough in my opinion. The judge should have given Gary a couple of million for saving the tax payers money.
