Well these are the same sorta a-hole kids and parents that sit outside of grocery stores begging for money to support their little league adventures and shite.

Don’t know and don’t care if it’s a scam, but I went through there this afternoon and feared for their safety. They were in between lanes of heavy traffic and unsupervised and unorganized.
