Hospitals still aren’t using it and still won’t use it because it doesn’t work. No BREAKING twitter posts will change that.

I don’t know whether its worse that people are so happy to believe obvious lies or that the powers that be will lie about something like this.

Both are really bad.

In short, it exposes the FDA as liars. They didn't provide any evidence about effectiveness at all. They just said 'HORSE PASTE' and people believed them because they're the FDA.

The ruling told them to stop lying. It's not the nothingburger you paint it as.

It’s easy to “win” arguments when, because you are silly enough to imagine you are debating people dumb enough to believe that the courts were going to issue a ruling on whether or not a drug is effective, you:

So nothing about Ivermectin being effective, just that the FDA were out of their lane in terms of public messaging.

What a surprise.

It isn't a judge or court's decision to make whether or not it is effective. They are saying it is up to a doctor/patient relationship.

That would be a massive overstep for a court full of people that didn't even study biology to claim effectiveness of any medicine.

You think a judge is going to run a study on ivermectin efficacy and make a ruling saying something to that effect?

Look the studies up yourself

Yes, take the word of a random TD account over an actual doctor who has been in the middle of this fight for 4 years. I can't see what could go wrong.

Absolutely amazing. Everything they made us do, or told us we couldn't do was wrong. EVERYTHING.
