Don't sweat it, Beachbody isn't infallible. I use Muscle Pharm protein and GNC stuff too.

I actually like X3 yoga. It's not too long and tedious like the other P90X yogas.

I thought about doing another video. But after walking 6-8 miles at work and playing with the kids, I usually don't feel like working out at night.

Its just a different transition from working out at a gym. My wife said, "Its going to be weird seeing you in the morning."

X1 was ridiculously long. X3 was good but I think it kinda went a little bit fast at some points. Maybe if he had 40 or 45 min it would have been better.

Started T25 on Monday. Not super tired after each session like Insanity, but man am I loving the 25 minutes and DONE. Will report on results.

You can work with what you have. Modify the moves to fit your space, but most apartments have plenty of space.
