Wasn't gonna be able to go to that anyway. Can't take off work.
It's in Cancun next year. Maybe I'll bring the wife and we'll show off.

Survey's show those with coaches are 30% more likely to reach their goals.

I'm supposed to do that later.
Already did Pilates today. My abs will probably be sore tomorrow.

We did not. Not really sure how the coaches thing works to be honest. Does it cost a lot?
We've done P90X a couple of years ago together and got to about 60 days. Then last year we did steadily worked out for about 60 days again before getting off track.

Week 2 started tonight. Weee.
Protein question: we've been running through some leftover gnc amp protein and we're just about out. Any recommendations? Was looking at getting more of it because it's 60grams/serving so we aren't having to drink it multiple times a day.

I like MP Combat powder and ON Gold Standard
The GNC stuff is good but it's probably overkill. You need about 1g of protein per lb of lean body weight. For most guys that's 150 max. You should be getting a good bit from your regular meals too.

Definitely agree with this. Best tasting and mixing protein powders.
Yoga was a damn good stretch. My glutes are a little sore this am.

truenutrition.com has the best quality and you can get it without added sugar, taste great etc. . but on these programs the max you may need is 1g per pound of BW if you are already lean and if you are bigger like doc said you can get away with 1g per lb of lean mass. thats not very much to eat so I wouldn't waste too many calories with shakes. but if you need it at the end of the night to meet your macros then TN is who i reccommend. also kroger carb countdown milk.

This is what I use. Myofusion was good as well, but the ON is my favorite by far.

Did agility X, now I have to be on call tonight.
At least I know I got my workout in.
Does that one really seem to bother anyone else's knees?

I've got bad knees. They all hurt.
Saw the shoe post above mine. I was having some pretty bad plantar fascitis before I started and almost waited because of it. Bought some altra zero drop shoes to workout in and have had no pain.

I've used UA crosstrainers for years and never had any knee issues before. I think I may have actually injured something. It's mainly my left knee.
I either tore some cartilage or a meniscus. It's not swollen and I don't appear to have and ligament laxity. Either way I just need to brace it and take ibuprofen.

I use New Balance. It's the only athletic shoe I'd buy honestly. I just went to the store in BR told the what I was doing and they gave me the exact shoe I needed...stop wearing the running shoes used those knee discomfort has gone.

Well yeah then you could have more than a shoe problem..

Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
I'm gonna be the stubborn Dr and just try to self treat though.
