Working out that late at night is definitely not ideal. But unfortunately life isn't ideal. Sometimes that's just all you can do. Working out is always better than skipping. So if 2230 is the only time you can get the workout in then so be it.

they're still XL, but lots of slim fit. i don't know if can drop down to Ls on the reg for dress shirts b/c i have big shoulders
