Would be a waste of time in money. No bony tenderness and cartilage, ligaments, and meniscus doesn't show up on x-ray.

I'm pretty sure I have a fracture in my shin, but it doesn't affect my performance. It has been months, and it still hurts like a son of a bitch if I bump it.
I also have this loose piece of something in my knee cap (?). It's weird, but again, it doesn't affect my performance. I can jump and everything without any pain.

First day of P90x3. I did it!!! Thought I was going to puke but I made it through. Sweating like a fat slob, but that's the point.
Only two things I couldn't do. Some weird yoga thing on one leg going up and down with lateral shoulder raises. And the boat/plow. Couldn't get my feet over my head and touch the ground

What I love about P90X is that the workouts don't get easier, but you get better at them.
