Just finished day 2 of T25. Day one was killer on the calves. I liked the stretching components in day 2. Just what I needed after yesterday.

Alpha Ab Intervals is nuts. Feels like you've been punched in the stomach for 30 minutes afterwards.

I'm excited about doing T-25.

Doc, should I take Results and Recovery after both workouts? Two times a day?

How much room do you need for p90x?

gf and I live and a small apartment and were thinking about trying this.

I'm in the same situation as you. I move my big chair back and place a computer wicker table on the couch to create enough room. You can make whatever size room work for you. The biggest problem I have is a 9 foot ceiling with a ceiling fan. I'm 6'4" and the jumps with arms over your head can be an issue.

So I played a recreational league basketball game last night while my girlfriend did Day 1 of T25. Do y'all think it's ok to start on Day 2 with her tonight?

Thanks!

No. Too many calories. Just one and do it after the most strenuous workout of the day.

Any recommendations on which kit to get? Would I be able to save money by buying the base kit and buying my own pull up bar and resistance bands? Are the drinks and extra workouts that come with the higher end kits worth it?

Yeah, I usually have a protein bar with me just in case I start getting really hungry. You're the man, SFP. Can I be invited to you and Blondie's wedding?
