The funny thing is that the law in Texas doesn't just apply to interstates, it applies to local roads as well.
It is often 250s and similar work trucks that think they can cruise in the left lane because they're driving a few hundred miles that day.

The debt service to finance that truck (that they don't eve need) is far worse for society than their atrocious driving behavior.
As bad as the lifted F-250/Dodge Ram crowd can be....nobody is going to top dump truck drivers and Nissan Altima drivers for a-hole behavior behind the wheel.
