So tiny and so pretty. My two Shih Tzus kept trying to eat their poo. Had to watch them closely and make them quit.

My dog does this. I look at it as him cleaning up after himself.

This dog has not made a peep since we got her this morning. Vet checked her out, said everything is great. We think she maybe deaf. She flinches sometimes when we make a loud noise, but not all the time.

She's probably scared. Just hold her, pet her, give her some treats, make sure she is warm. Also, make sure when you pick her up she has all four feet grounded on something and that she is in her normal posture, rather than trying to hold her like a baby. It's not natural for dogs. As she gets more comfortable she'll probably start to play.

She is playing like crazy, so I think she is already comfortable (I thought the same about being scared). Even when she plays, she doesn't make a sound, hopping all over, chasing her ball and throwing her rubber chew bone.

Yorkies are actually bad arse dogs, I've had one before. They are actually hunting dogs. The one I had would jump straight up about 2 ft, grab his suspended tennis ball, and hang like a pitbull. They are terriers. You couldn't wear that dog out.

Joking. I have two miniature Dachshunds but at least they are hounds.

I had a puppy that wouldn't make a sound for weeks one time. But that dog had a bad illness and was near death. Even as he got well he never barked for a long time. He'd only do that mumbling growl when playing or wanting more treats. I suspect she'll begin making sounds as she gets older and stronger.

There is a powder (vet gave it to me, don't know the name) that worked in one shot for my dogs. Put it on their food and it makes their poo taste worse??? than shite.

She is so adorable. I hope ya'll have many happy years with her and spoil her rotten.

She looks like a little Shorkie that my dog fell in love with. She was so tiny you would have thought she was a guinea pig but she was such an adorable little puppy and so sweet and lovable and smart. Yours looks like she will be that kind of super adorable pup.

In the second pic, it looks upset about being called 'shorkie' and 'Paisley'.
