What do politics have to do with anything???
Not sure it does in this case but democrats/communists tend to ruin everything.

I'll say, I haven't found them to be significantly better at customer service than Cane's. Both are aided by a fairly simple menu.
Yeah, holding employees accountable and paying well along with a simple menu. Chick-fil-A, Canes, and In-n-out burger all have the most consistent service of any the big chains and it's due to those three things mainly.

yeah, i could see how those people would bring out your insecurities.

Are they? I wouldn't know cause they're all the way on the other end of town and always have long lines. I'm not putting up with all that just for a chicken sandwich.
The lines are fast cause they just make 2 things.

I can assure you the one on Siegen is by no way shape or form mostly Republicans. But it runs fairly well from my experience.
Management is the best answer here.

They will over staff .
This is the main thing IMO. Makes all the difference. Usually when there is a long wait at Taco Bell for example, its because there aren't enough people back there. Most of the time I can see that they are busting their arse, but there is only so much you can do when you have multiple call-outs and you are half-staffed and creates a stressful work environment. That's basically never a problem at Chic-Fil-A.
Last time I went to a Chic-Fil-A they had a young woman who had Down's Syndrome working back there, and her responsibility was like one thing, and it looked like she did it well. It was great to see. In Spanish Fort.

It’s just like kids… if parents do their jobs, for the most part kids won’t be shitheads (other than typical teenage shithead stuff)
So if the asst mgr, mgr, vp, etc…. Does their jobs, employees will follow.
If not - see ya later

Calling people out on the internet for clearly fabricated stories doesn’t make me insecure. In fact, I don’t give a shite at all, I take the 15 seconds to call them a liar and move on about my day. Sorry that hurts your feelings

They don't offer AYCE crabs

The chick fil a by my house is staffed with almost 100% black and Mexicans, it’s just as efficient as any chick fil a I’ve ever been in (most of which are staffed with a high percentage of minorities)

Makes me no difference who works in there, I was just letting you know you are factually incorrect.
The McDonald’s by my house is staffed with all minorities and sucks arse, it’s almost like the corporate culture makes a difference. Wild!

Neither canes and chic fil a have to worry about employees using racial slurs like “pull up for da spicy” at customers because they only serve bland, flavorless chicken

I hear the same thing about Culver’s. It makes a huge difference.

Just as an aside, the one here always has 10+ BRPD cars in the parking lot around noon. Gotta being given "discounts".

Popeye’s and KFC have pretty simple menus also. You could get through a CFA line 4 times in the amount of time it would take you to get through Popeye’s once.

I would love to see what would happen if you ran a BK like a Cane's or CFA.

Ever been to Buc-ee’s? Very similar employee model…

How are they that much better than everybody else?
It’s often difficult to keep up with all the code words used to say the N word around here. It’s a shame that the OP has to hide the racism.
