if you are walking on the treadmill thats great. just don't over do it.

look diet will be your way to lose the fat. the walking and other cardio is just to help speed it up a little. the weightlifting is to maintain muscle so you don't look like a long distance runner.

Thank you so much man, really appreciate it. I'll keep you updated and let you know how it goes, should I go get anything besides BCAA's?

I did 15 mins on incline treadmill and 1000m rowing, is that cool?

Both of those are much more efficient for burning calories than running. What was your row time on that 1000m? I shoot for <3:40. That'll knock your dick in the dirt.

yea I try to shoot for 3:30 when I do only a 1000m sprint and its hard as frick as I hardly ever make it. Normally I am around the 3:50 to 4min mark. But I have made the 3:30 mark twice in the last month out of the ten or so times i have done it.

I usually wanna throw up after though and hate life for an hour or so.

When I was training for my mountain hunt last year, I would lift total body 3 days M/W/F and do a HITT type day on Tues/Thurs. Tues was rowing 1000m for 3 sets shooting for <3:40 and then worked my way up to 60 flights on stairmaster with 55 lb pack. Thurs was plyo's/jump rope intervals and local high school stadium runs with my 55 lb pack. Of all of that, the rowing was the thing I dreaded the most because of how intense it can get if you push it.

man i hate being a dick I just hate people posting bad advice that is gonna get somebody hurt or slow down their progress.

I mean long distance running at 250lbs? how the hell is that smart? Cutting on 3500 calories? so he hit a plateau on less calories and your suggestion is to raise them significantly? how the hell is that going to work?

its like people don't even read what the OP wrote. or its some skinny arse college kid saying what works for him.

yea thats what the calc says. Now I don't know his BF% so i used the other formula but its prolly pretty close. he could prolly cut on TDEE if he kept it very clean but hell at that size and judging by his strength levels his bf% he could prolly cut on 1750 cals and be good as far as muscle loss goes. Of course that doesn't give much room to adjust down.
