So I've been hovering around the 237-250 mark for months now and I cannot figure out why I won't lose weight. I live on water, coffee, tea, grilled chicken, oatmeal, eggs, I mean I am eating as clean as can be and still am not losing weight despite also going to the gym 4-5x a week. Perhaps I'm eating more than I'm thinking? Not moving around enough? Mix of both?

Sorry for the rant, it's just frustrating as hell.

Perhaps, I have noticed stronger lifts but I thought that building muscle cut down the fat?

You're body could be too used to the monotony. Try changing it up a little bit, incorporating lean meats like buffalo and salmon (1-2x a week). Up your veggies. I see no mention of them. 2 cups 2x a day. Broccoli and cauliflower are my lifelines.

ETA share a day in the life including portions of everything you eat. You might need to up your intake. A 6oz chicken breast is doing jack shite if that's all you're eating.

Pay less attention to the scale and more attention to the way your clothes fit. Also, it sounds stupid, but take pictures of urself with ur shirt off every other week or so. Sometimes the gains u make are slow enough that u don't notice them.

OK. Just curious because height and weight don't really tell much by themselves

Do you do any cardio? I find that fasted AM cardio helps kick start my metabolism.

Do this for 15 mins after your workout. As many sets as you can do:

20 double unders, 15 box jumps, 10 burpees.

If can't do double unders, do 50 reps with jump rope

Do this and I will give you another for the next day

If you were really eating that "clean", you wouldn't even need the gym to drop at least a lb a week.

If you really are eating that clean AND going to the gym 4-5x a week and are not seeing any loss, then you arent eating as clean as you think and need to do more than smith machines in the gym

None of that shite matters. How many calories are you taking in during a day? What is your macro ratio? Is total cals less than total burned?

If you don't know what you are taking in, you can't figure out the problem and will allways run into these plateaus. Weigh your food and log it using myfitnesspal. Find your tdee and adjust from there

lsu777, like someone posted earlier... the guy sounds like he's not eating enough so the body is storing the little calories he's taking in.
