Generally no, but it depends on how you define "threat". Details, as always, are necessary.

I wish I could show details, but...I do think I have a case against this PD since I was the victim of the "battery" should have been attempted murder (stabbing), but....enough info..but I'm not the victim according to this PD and getting a detailed text of how he will rape me on the stand. Weird.
