I just gave some general insight into the Code of Professional Ethics for this type of contact. There are a bunch of LA layer baws here and quite a few that have criminal practices who would be better qualified to answer LA-based questions.
That said I would contact the ADA handling your case, give them the text and inform them you do not want to be contacted again. If you feel their response is not satisfactory you can contact the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board with your complaint but I would not skip the ADA step if I were in your shoes.
