Shoot the person that sent me out in the middle of a field with only 1 bullet ...but make sure to do it in front of the 100 and say "and I kinda liked Jim...I dont care about any of you". Thats a win win...off the idiot that thought me with 1 bullet was a good idea and keep the remainder at bay

You can’t. Even with unlimited bullets the first person to try to escape has a non-zero chance of surviving. Give the gun to a prisoner and tell him he is free if he guards the rest of the prisoners for 3 days. During those three days, accumulate all ammunition in the surrounding area and then price gouge citizens when there is a mass prisoner escape.
