Why? He knocked and no one answered. Either it is empty or they clearly don't want to be disturbed.

I know why you suggested it. I was mostly being sarcastic.

When you contacted the PD did you tell them why you were reaching out?

better off contacting kiran

This

BRPD could run the plate of the Lexus. They could attempt to look up the registered owner, and contact the immediate family through multiple LE databases that they utilize.

But the question remains, will they? Chances are no. Email Kiran Chawla.

Yes I told them why I contacted them. I too looked at the McComb police website and found Sonya Wells but she is clerk of court.

Maybe she is married to an officer unless she has a badge too.

Court Services:

Sonya Wells, Municipal Court Clerk

What are the chances officer Wells has downvoted every post in this thread?

According to your link, Sonya is a Municipal Court Clerk, not an officer.

A court clerk would not have her name on a police vest (if that’s what you’re calling a ballistic vest).

It is McComb, Mississippi. The place isn’t exactly known for high standards and safe streets. Anyone associated with the police department can probably get their hands on a badge and uniform. They’ll claim it’s because they are an auxiliary officer or something similar if anyone questions why a court clerk has a badge.

She probably throws the badge and vest in the back seat anytime she’s traveling to get out any tickets or hassles if she gets pulled over by police in another jurisdiction.
