First of all, it's not an actual x-ray (aka radiograph).
This is a localizer image from a CT scan which is used to set up the field of view for the CT study. Sometimes called a "scanogram".
As such, it is not a diagnostic image and absolutely no conclusions about healing or hardware quality should be made. Its blurry af.
Allowing for this, it looks fine.
ETA: doesnt have to be a scanogram, but still a shitty screen grab of a nondiagnostic image on a regular low-res monitor
