I used to smoke maybe 15 cigars per year when the weather in La was pleasant outside, so a brief spring and fall, then stopped for about 7 years. I've suddenly smoked about 4 the last several weeks. Don't know why.

Going to try a My Father Flor de las Antilles Toro this weekend.

Punch used to make some very highly rated sticks.

Still do, both the domestically available lines and the Habanos lines.

Bookmarked that thread, I had no idea, I don't visit that board, but occasionally.

Punch de Short, interesting. I had not heard of these, but they are new from Habanos, S.A. , only two years in production, likely for the Swiss market.

Yeah, not sure how he got those, but they were really, really good. I know it's not as big of a deal as it was back in the day to have a Cuban.

I can't recall the name of his usual Punch stick, but it is certainly one of my favorites that he always has on hand. Outside of that I remember enjoying a Don Lino (again can't recall the name) from Nicaragua and a couple of Romeo y Julietas from the DR.

You must live near a good shop. That cigar was recommended to me, but I can’t find it and they’re back ordered online.

I’ve got a couple My Father La Antiguedad that are excellent. I can’t find them either.

One of my favorites, although I usually go for the gordo.

I’ve got a few of these bad boys in the humidor. I like Diesel.

You will never be able to duplicate how good this cigar really is!

Not sure, let’s consult with the experts.

Yeah, I really cherish those moments as I get older. It's so nice to be able to just stop and spend some time with my Dad and that's it. No worrying about anything else going on. Just listening to his stories and laughing with him.

The past few times it's been even better because my son is 6 now and he likes to join us and make a few casts while we sit back and watch him grow up. It's the little moments that make this life awesome.

I feel like there are constantly threads about cigars between the OT and the FDB.

They are quite available, simply "re-branded" as Oliva O.
The Oliva G are the old Flor de Oliva Grand Cameroon, wonderful cigars that could once be had many moons ago for under $50.00 per box.

Oliva have since grown and most everyone knows that all their blends are great.

I’ve been smoking a lot of the Maestro Del Tiempo 6102R by Warped, and the Mil Dias by Crowned Heads.

I’m gonna be sad when the 6102R eventually sells out. It’s a limited produced stick.

On average, I always keep a box of the Monte #4 (Cuban) at all times. That, the Padron 6000 and the La Galera Habano.

Total Wine. Plus there are shops called Town Crier around me that have a walk in humidor.

Order them online from Cigars International or similar.
