I would. You could go with Tupperware and something like humicare or boveda gel beads to keep the humidity levels where they should be.

I have this one from Thompson Cigar and a few smaller boxes.

Either way you will need something to maintain humidity levels.

That’s a good smoke. I find myself hot boxing at times and need to remind myself to slow down.

You don't have to buy a humidor. I have a few, they are good to have, certainly, but a "Tupperdor" or "Coolerdor" work fine, too. Just keep your eye on them for the first few weeks or so that you use them. I had two coolers, smallish, for a good while, I'm consolidated into one for cigars and one for some pipe 'backy. But I haven't smoked a pipe in ages.

For those of you looking for less expensive from reputable manufacturers, I can offer these recommendations.

Villazon at CI. Villazon was the popular name of the factory also called Honduras American Tobacco, S.A. Their factory at Cofraida, Honduras, also makes Belinda, El Rey del Mundo, Bolivar, Hoyo de Monterrey, Excalibur, Punch for General Cigar. Villazon is a bundle brand from CI available in a natural and maduro. When they're on sale, you can get the toros for $37.50

Cusano Nicaragua. CI and Holt's sell them. Holt's has been blowing them out for $37.50 for a box of 16 Churchills. These are made by Davidoff in the D. R. and come in a Ct., Nicaragua and maduro. I prefer the Nica. followed by the maduro.

Don Rafael available at Thompson/CI, watch for sales. These are a very solid smoke made by the company which makes Victor Sinclair. I like the white label in natural and maduro.

Watch CI's Joe Cigar Deal of the Day, this is how I get my Ave Marias, when they go on sale. The same applies for the Alec Bradley Coyol cigars that I really like.

Keep your eye on Holt's (Cusano) for when they put their Old Henry brand on sale. Old Henry is a Holt's house blend that is produced by the My Father Factory (Don Pepin Garcia) it's not exactly a bargain brand, but when they go on sale, you can get a box of 25 for under $90.00. Best to sign up for their e-mails.
They often put Cain Daytonas on sale, as well.

I got five of those in a sampler recently and really enjoyed them.

Everything from CAO is great.

That’s how I usually get them. This one I bought in 2017. I like collecting cigars as much as smoking them

I have 2, 500 capacity humidors. I keep 200 in each at minimum. I keep 1 from every box I purchase. I’m almost at a point t that it’s time to start smoking those or buy another humidor.

My FIL is the only smoking friend I have. I don’t necessarily like smoking alone, so I collect.

There are some great deals right now on humidors. I guess everyone started smoking cigars when the pandemic started and now the demand is higher than normal
