What if it’s a group of what some call a minority? Would I be committing a micro aggressive and basically be breaking the law myself? It’s hard to keep up.

I've got an idea.
First, can you post the number we're supposed to call.
Then, we'll all call the number incessantly reporting "violations" using street maps of random houses

Official Guidelines:
1. If you see (or hear from within 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon, or just sense) more than six people gathering, or 6 people and 2 or more unmasked dogs over 35 lbs, then call the social worker hotline (311) to report them, unless the 6-person group consists of two transtesticle threesomes or a sixsome of gender-perplexed pederast fecal freaks, then report to the altar and pray for them and plan a riot.
2. When the dangerous group tells the social workers to eat a bag of 'em, then the social workers should call neighborhood security if available, and if not then hire private security to stabilize the situation.
3. When rioters show up at the scene of the disturbance, protesting the inequitable distribution of security services, then deputize the private security service and they can reestablish the peace.
This really isn't that far from reality these days.

Does this apply when the gatherings are 6 or more black people?
Pretty sure this same person also insisted the cops not be called on blacks as not to create a potential incident.

We should all call in fake complaints on our neighbors. The huge volume of fake calls would neutralize this.
