I’ve used a version of a sonic toothbrush for years but have been thinking of changing or stepping up to a high end Sonicare.

Any advice or opinions?

My dentist said it really doesn't matter as long as it's an electric toothbrush.

True story, i used to work with a woman who had a daughter who was 11 or 12, and had grown up using an electric toothbrush (cant remember what brand).. said they were on vacation one time and her daughter’s toothbrush ‘died’, ran out of charge.. her daughter came up to her with the dead toothbrush, and was like “Mom, i dont know what to do; my toothbrush is dead and i cant brush my teeth”- so her Mom literally had to tell her “Well, honey- you can actually put the brush in your mouth and move your hand up and down to brush...”

It's ironic that the parent talked down to the kid when they're the one that skipped teaching the Modified Bass Brushing Technique in the first place. LOL modern parents.

Been using Sonicare for almost 10 years my old one died about a year ago. The low-end, cheap model is the exact same as what the expensive high end model was when I bought it 10 years ago.

I would guess you’re wasting your money on the new high end models.

Oral-B and Sonicare are both great products. Use whichever you prefer. Avoid Quip.
