whats your use and average shot distance? IMO any of the 3 you listed are more than adequate for anything you would likely be doing. AR-10 will be a little more cumbersome to run at night. If you wanted another gun, perhaps something to reach out a little more, i'd build a 6.8 or 6.5 Grendel f...
