I saw a color. But I doubt it was true cyan as I am a tritanope.

There’s nothing to get. It may not have worked for you, but it did for me.
If you did as the video suggested, you’ll start seeing a blue ring around the red ring due to the way your brain is processing the colors.

The color I see is much darker than Cyan on my laptop, much closer on the TV.

Same, mostly red/blue color blind. Those dots above don't mean anything to me, but I know they say something.
That said, being color blind won't matter with the video. It will have the same effect.
