yea the women who has a long history of mental illness.....is a raging lunatic....and has been crazy according to everyone since before she was a teen...is suddenly telling the truth 20 years later.

Not that I believe her. But maybe she’s nuts in the head because she was abused when she was a kid. Going through that has to screw with your head.

Naw that's a procedural thing. She says it's MORE than $75k
This is in federal court, so to get jurisdiction you need diversity, where they're domiciled in different states and the amount in controversy is over $75k.

It can mean she's just crazy, or that she's projecting the pathology of being abused.
I'm still curious how he would be sued for sexual abuse as a 12-year old. Criminal culpability is typically an issue for that age (it varies state to state). As long as he's a minor, it just seems very weird that he would have individual liability.

I'm not saying he's guilty or innocent but it's unfortunately not uncommon for a family to portray a child as a liar w/mental issues when a family member is abusing them.
