What's the going rate for 2/3 of an acre and a relatively tidy, if older, mobile home in Ascension these days? I honestly don't know.

I mean, half the people in the Parish have a truck that costs somewhere in that neighborhood.

I immediately recognized it, we pass that on the way to the camp, it is at the big curve on 22 in Acy.

The price is laughable… but I’d love to only owe that much property tax per year.

I pay more than that on tracts of vacant land.… in the sticks.

when I lived in an apt by myself it was the same SqFt as this but was 1 bed/1 bath. I can't even imagine how small those rooms are to have 2 bedrooms with that overall sqft

From the pictures, I can almost feel my feet sagging on those floors.

That said, that realtor is an MVP. She pretty well presented that property in the absolute best light someone could present it. And she did it for just a $70k (or likely less) sale.
