CRITTENDEN COUNTY, Ark. — One of the “West Memphis Three” is behind bars in Crittenden County, Arkansas.
Jessie Misskelley was arrested Saturday for driving without a drivers license, driving without one or more headlights and having no proof of insurance.
Misskelley was freed from prison six years ago after spending nearly 20 years in jail for the murders of three little boys in West Memphis in 1993.

It's always something like a light that's out, not using a blinker, inspection stickers, etc, that gets these idiots caught.

Let's be honest here.
While what he did was illegal, it wasn't egregious. It's estimated 12% of vehicles on the road don't have insurance.

Exactly.
2/3 of his charges are monetary: he didn't pay the state (license) nor a private business some money (insurance).
He surely must be incarcerated for that! Off with his head!

I enjoy a good WM3 thread......I knew it’d be Miskelly before clicking.
This case has always intrigued me.........baffling that “we” don’t know who committed the crime.
(I’m not saying that it wasn’t the WM3, it could have very well been them)
