Not sure I understand what you're asking, but I'd like to eliminate handicapped parking. They're handicapped, let them be handicapped. Don't make it my problem.

Sorta this, but a decade or so earlier. I wasn't alive in the '50s, but it seems like an awesome perios. And not because women "knew their place" as a slight to women, but because of the respect for the family unit. Cars were cool, post-war America was still great, there were enough modernish conveniences, kids played outside, people respected each other, liberals/hippies hadn't taken hold yet, etc. Although if you were black, probably not the best of times just yet.

I would like that awesome baby boomer job market for recent grads
Pre Great Society crime rates in inner cities
Pre-Judge Parker ruling BR School System
I would like to bring back the parking and tailgating rules from pre 2007
The 18 year old drinking age, and campus sanctioned partying of the 80’s and early 90’s
The 80’s attitudes towards kids being able to be kids and PC
I’d like the awesome NBC/USA shows of the 2000’s back on netflix (Scrubs, Psych, Chuck, Community, Friday Night Lights, Monk, Outsourced, The Office, Heroes, etc)
I want to go back to men not having to be afraid that any harmless flirting or consensual sex could result in their name being dragged through the mud and lives ruined.
And the following BR businesses back:
The Caterie
Chelsea’s
Rotolo’s on Govt
LPK
The Broadmoor Theatre

Eliminate social media.

People would develop social skills again.

I'd appreciate one good evening news cast that covered the basic national and international news, without a bunch of shite about missing teens, celebrities, or people yelling at each other.
Bernard Shaw in the early days of CNN did that pretty well.

Of all things..
You don't have to watch cable news.
For me it's social media, and it's pervasive.

Social media, 24 hr news cycle and these fricking grey chest hairs that keep popping up.

I wish the internet would go back to before old people joined.
No one needed net neutrality before old rich fricks came in and saw that they could exploit it for money.

Are you under the delusion you're entitled to something? The internet will always be used to create revenue streams.

Not wanted ISPs limiting speeds to certain content providers unless they pay or you pay them is not an entitlement.
When content creators (nbc) and internet providers (Comcast) are the same, they will be able to limit what you can see without extra payment.
The head in the sand people like you and Russian are either not seeing the whole picture or being willfully ignorant.

No, we just read more than the information that confirms our bias.
Everyone wants as much net as they can get for the lowest price. Some of us don't want the internet treated like a utility which would be awful long term.
The short term answer is choose the provider that gives you what you want

TV being kinda shitty. I don't get much done anymore.

So you want different sites treated differently. Which will be determined by the ISP. You don't see how that will be awful for the consumer?

I mean this is literally why people are leaving cable in favor of streaming options. Buying bloated packages to get 5 channels is what is likely to happen with the internet.

what he was "really" trying to say by that is, he misses when ONLY the liberals could tell you the news and how they wanted to think about it

Do you have only one provider?

Regulating as a utility is worse for the consumer. They'll write better regulations and everyone will be happier.
