As one that works closely with whatever generation this batch of high school/middle schoolers is called allow me to translate.

Gooner: Essentially someone that obsesses over a female, mainly for looks.
While the posted google ai deal definitely can be a gooner I don’t believe all groomers take it that far, based off of observed context clues.
