Well, they had a perfectly FREE solution for that tire problem but their wonderful councilwoman shot it down because tire disposals are racist.

she's a very nice lady who is trying to do positive things in Baton Rouge.
there are those who point fingers at you and me for doing or not doing. those are the ones that demand you comply with their vision of themselves.
she's doing, and not demanding. she's a positive for Baton Rouge.
