Old man rant: Realizing that most people aren't like me anymore

I'm only in my 40s but I feel like a dinosaur when I talk to anyone younger than 35.
I can't stand:
Reality TV
Social Media
Rap
Vaping
Weed
Tattoos (I mean some are ok, but why does EVERYONE have them now?)
Video games (I mean I don't dislike them and played as a kid, but the gaming culture wtf?)
Watching people play video games (even stupider)
Pronouns
Food delivery
Hoodies in summer
That mushroom poof haircut teen boys have
Fantasy football and online sports betting (just watch the fricking game)
Headphones in everywhere
Comic book super hero movies (movies are mostly shite now. Although TV is way better)
No, I'm not a miserable frick. I do the things I like. Just realizing that guys like me are now the minority.
I grew up on rock and country, drinking beer, being adventurous, etc. I can't relate at all to younger generation.

Your list is my list except for the fantasy sports. I used to play them. Don't now, but still can't knock them.
I can't understand why kids watch dorks play video games on YouTube. Play the goddamned game. When I was a kid at the arcade and had quarters up, I wasn't rooting for the guy ahead of me, I was hoping he'd get crushed by a barrel.

Geting older involves realizing that you were once young and dumb as well. A lot of the things you thought were important or would never change lose their importance and indeed change.
I think next you'll find some people grow out of the current weird things you mentioned and end up being a bit more like you, and then they'll look at the younger generation and be baffled by their hobbies and fixations.
