Well, for starters, you should step back a bit, and dial down the absolutist rhetoric. I’m not here saying every cop spends every waking moment chasing blacks, or that no whites get the iron fist of the law. I’m saying that police patrol their parts of town much more often than the nice white parts, and with much different tactics.
New York City is America’s crown jewel—easily it’s most wealthy. For an entire generation, they violated the constitutional rights of many with their infamous stop and frisk program that others started emulating. From 2002-2012, they randomly approached 4.5 million people, stopped them, and searched them. About 85% had no involvement in any crime, even after search. 55% of those stopped were black. About 10% white. It only stopped when the ACLU started suing them. This kind of shite happens all over on smaller scales. Virtual certainty.

If I'm a cop, and I'm pulling over a vehicle in N BR, by guys dressed in gang gear, I'm approaching that vehicle in a certain way. And get this, if I'm a cop in S BR, approaching a vehicle with white guys dressed in gang gear, I'm approaching that vehicle in the same way.
