shite, put it in international waters, declare your own statehood and keep them slaves legal
I love the fact that the submarine has a topside pool

You can buy your own 2nd hand from an oil company for pennies on the dollar and customize it yourself for less.

It genius.
Every time you surface, brand new pool water.
Every time you surface, brand new pool water.

These "islands" are made to order and are obviously only for the upper class elite multi-billionaires....so basically every single person on the OT.

Ya, let's keep sharks hanging around where you want to get in the water.
It is a pretty bad arse idea. How do they hold up in major storms I wonder?

I rode out a small tropical storm on a submersible drilling rig that would be pretty close in size to this. shite was no joke. The waves were lifting the rig off the sea floor. We had to get tugs and move the rig back on location after the storm. There wasn't too much damage tho.

Helipad is in a horrible location and those trees wouldn't work out there with the wind.

What if you forget to fold up the deck chairs and crank down the umbrella before you submerge?

Sounds like an easy way to catch some fish. Double win

Looks like something you built with legos as a child.

They topple over
Best is to get the super yacht submarine and ride out the storm below like someone mentioned

Is this thing tethered to the sea floor or does it use a DPS to keep it in place?

I saw that they offer the subs, but damn all that damage should it topple.
However, if you're a baller it shouldn't matter.
Holy shite the submersible is 72-300M. I got some work to do.
