I rode out a small tropical storm on a submersible drilling rig that would be pretty close in size to this. shite was no joke. The waves were lifting the rig off the sea floor. We had to get tugs and move the rig back on location after the storm. There wasn't too much damage tho.

Helipad is in a horrible location and those trees wouldn't work out there with the wind.

I saw that they offer the subs, but damn all that damage should it topple.

However, if you're a baller it shouldn't matter.

Holy shite the submersible is 72-300M. I got some work to do.
