Good those frickers need to be handled. Glad Trumps positions are showing up.
Biggest concern is letting them buy the panama canal. Thx Obama/Kerry.

On the flip side I'm okay with this because it will force the state to balance the budget in the next Governors race.
Why are you okay with this?
The only place they are allowed by the state constitution to make budget cuts at is basically education and I believe health care.
It won’t force the state to tighten their belts, just undermine education while crying for more taxes.

Guess I will have to buy a couple of fake jerseys to help them baws out.

If Louisiana wants to get on the path to a prosperous state, they have to fix the educational system. But sadly education is one of the first targets of budget cuts. So good to know where their priorities lie. Maybe start with the many useless state employee jobs?

Again, they are essentially constitutionally obligated to.
If you want to bitch, push for a change in law that doesn’t protect literally everything else.
It’s a never ending cycle, they bloat their department’s in times of prosperity and then cut down further on education as band aid fixes.

Oil didn't plunge compared to what it has been the last month.
Natural Gas plunged off of its recent rally though.

1.85 in Houston for 87 this morning.
The baws in west TX can still make money at $43 a barrel.
