Not really. I was just reading an article about this last week. They can still make money on some wells at that price, but they'll cut production

The US in 2018 has had the largest production growth of any country in any year ever. Many of these companies are seeing record profits and they’re dumping it back into the system, which took until Q3 to see the affects. They’ve already forecasted their 2019 capex, and some are dialing it down already. 2Q-3Q 2019 you’ll see prices start the upwards trend.

There are a handful of companies that can do that. Also a handful in the Eagle Ford, some in the DJ, Bakken and even the PRB. However not everyone, not even half, probably not even a third can consistently make money at $43.

Continuing to improve well designs end economics creates a never ending cat and mouse game. You think you have the answer, then your next 4 wells change your mind.

At the end of the day there’s a lot more to this business than your typical OTer understands.

The typical OTer doesn't understand credit, they aren't going to know shite about how oil is priced

frick that...I like rain every now and then.

My favorite place to live was Boston. I loved the seasons and the rain and the snow. I hope to get back up to that area someday....hopefully sooner rather than later.

Gas is the least of your worries. I heard they wanted to start taxing text messages out there.

"Hall, the oil trader who had bet on higher oil prices for more than a decade, continued to hold his bullish view even after the 2014 oil price crash. But in the summer of 2017, he closed his main fund Astenbeck after the fund posted double-digit losses."

Everybody guesses wrong at some point.
