I know that we had two tested and one for sure was. Festive. The other test got lost and had to be redone so they’re still waiting but he’s not exhibiting any signs. He had fever so they tested for flu and then on down the line.

This is hidden in the article about midway down.

They also said numerical updates would now only come twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays, rather than daily.

Let that sink in. JBE is going to be cooking the numbers beyond believe now. If we are not able to get back to work on May 1st the riots will start.

The cure is starting to be 10X the virus at this point.

Scroll to the last paragraph before info for volunteers

This is the LDH site and not the article.

I take that to mean the Monday and Wednesday will be when nursing home numbers are released. I could be as dumb as they are though.

JBE is gonna pump those numbers up by reporting less often and hoping most people don’t notice it’s not a daily tally.

I cannot wait for the day where the poli board posters leave the goddamn OT

I’m pretty sure the article is wrong info — see the LDH link that I posted — see last paragraph before “volunteers”

If you actually think I'm being paid to express a reasonable, and almost certainly the correct, interpretation of a news article then you seriously need mental help.

Brings up the poli board to someone who doesn’t post there. Paranoid much?

Wrong. Read the story. They are going to limit OVERALL reporting to two days a week. But you knew that already. Nice to see someone on the take trying to lie and defend the indefensible.

I thought the article was unclear on this point. That is some real BS if they stop reporting the overall numbers daily.

Go to the LDH website link I posted. The article does not coincide with what LDH posted.

We'll know in about 30 minutes for sure, but yeah, the LDH website clearly implies the total numbers will still be reported daily. The article is about the numbers from nursing homes specifically.

The LDH updates its website with the new totals every day at noon.

LINK

Currently at 10,297 positives, 370 deaths, 1,707 hospitalizations (535 on ventilators).

Personally I expect that desthsnwill continue to rise for a little while — vent patients have from what I’ve read 50/50, 60/40 chance of getting off. That will lag of course behind positive tests.

Yeah, the article is vague, to say the least. Like I said, not really surprising at all from “journalists” these days.
