I always hear “just leave California already.” Like it’s easy. This is where my career & family are. But I took joy in @ClayTravis going after @SCCgov this AM. @BurbankCA took both my park’s rims down. There’s some guy out here using the court for gymnastics though. Makes sense????

Gonna start a class on interpretative protest through sport at the local community college.

They did this months ago in New Orleans but recently put them up again. It really made me mad even though I don’t play basketball outdoors.

We joke about midnight basketball but it must suck for the kids.

This is why Dr naismith used peach baskets. Readily available and easy to set up.

Meanwhile, other Left Coast cities are considering ripping up sidewalks to discourage walking outside

, are they though?

I think I can find a rim a lot quicker than a peach basket.

Rubbing up against 5 shirtless sweaty dudes feels gay if you don’t have a rim.

The left hates sports. Especially sports that require physical exertion, competition and skill.

I ran into this at a park in Mueller in Austin in the summer. Except they wrapped the hoops in the orange construction fencing.

They did that at Tbird's court. He was pretty excited when they came back.

It reminds me of when the mayor of B'ham closed the Botanical Gardens early in the pandemic. About the safest place for someone to be. With the Left it is all about control and the ability to deprive the governed of the joys of life.
