Outright denied? Or no email at all?

I haven’t seen much of anyone who got a code except for scalpers. Meaning people who knew people who signed up in hopes to get a code with the purpose to resell. While fans lost out.
I am one of only two people I know what actually got the "code" email. Will be interesting to see how things shake out tomorrow and if the scammers have already outsmarted TicketMaster.

Economy is doing pretty good if poor arse Louisiana folks are dropping 1700 for concert tickets
I blame Taylor Swift for the Feds continuing to raise the interest rates. Monetary policies are obviously still too loose if hundreds of thousands of people can pay thousands of dollars to see a 2 hour concert.

$1700 apiece on the secondhand market if your daughter wants to go to the New Orleans show?

its outrageous. That said she at least plays Springsteeneque marathon sets apparently. Like 3 hours plus at her shows. I also saw somewhere that she bonused the truckers that haul her shite around something like 100k each. I could be wrong, but she seems like a decent person and a good performer.

Good luck! I understand code doesn’t equal tix. Let us know if you succeed.

It was pretty cool of her to give $100K bonuses to all the road crew.

Fairly certain most tickets here are purchased for someone else…such as daughters.

My non-scientific analysis is that somewhere around 5% of people got a code, the others were waitlisted. I've seen a few informal polls and they've all been in that range.
There were probably only about 30,000-35,000 or so codes issued, assuming everyone with a code buys 4 tickets.
50,000/night × 3 nights = 150,000
150,000/4 = 37,500

The codes haven’t been sent yet, just emails saying you’re getting a code.
You’ve been selected to participate in the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Verified Fan Onsale, powered by Ticketmaster for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour on October 27, 2024 at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. You will receive a unique access code for the sale via text. As a reminder, this unique access code does not guarantee tickets, it gives you access to join the Verified Fan Onsale - all tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
The Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Verified Fan Onsale begins on Thursday, August 10 at 3pm local time.
How to Access the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Verified Fan Onsale
1. Sign in to the Ticketmaster account associated with this email and make sure your billing information is up to date.
2. Look for a text on Wednesday, August 9 that contains your unique access code and a direct link to the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Verified Fan Onsale.
3. Use the direct link in your text message to log in to your Ticketmaster account and enter the Waiting Room up to 30 minutes prior to the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Verified Fan Onsale.
Tickets are not guaranteed. Inventory is limited, and tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only use one browser window - opening multiple windows or using multiple devices can kick you out of the queue and sale.
There is a four (4) ticket limit. Exceeding this limit could cause all of your tickets to be canceled.
Due to the high demand, we expect all tickets to be purchased during the Verified Fan Onsale.
Reminder: Onsale codes can't be purchased or transferred. Your access code is unique to your individual account. Do not trust anyone trying to sell you a code.

What a sad life. All that for a mildly talented singer/songwriter with a face to match the talent. Your husband/boyfriend must be absolutely miserable inside.
Well we haven’t seen him fire up a divorce thread so her guy is clearly well ahead half of the OT.

If they have the means and that’s what makes them happy who gives a shite? You sound far more miserable yourself.

I am the only person that I have heard of that got the code email. My neighbor knows of one other person, and that is it.

I know one person that got a code email, over a hundred that were waitlisted. I'd like to see the numbers from Ticketmaster on how many requested tickets.

I’m not mad at all. I’m laughing at you people that would spend $1700 to go see a mildly talented homely broad sing about high school break ups and cardigans.

Yes she is. She's talented as Hell.
I had no interest in her til my wife started shuffling her songs on our Echo Show. Started hearing things I hadn't heard before and have to say, I have completely changed my mind on her. She has a lot of good music, is a lyrical artist, and can play actual instruments - and I respect her business acumen. She's no dummy.
Anyway, we ain't going to NOLA, but we're making a trip to Toronto (got the GOOD email yesterday).

You're not mad.

What do you spend your money on? What type of music do you listen to?

I got one as well (and the only person I know as well that did). I have bought through Verified Fan/registered presale for other artists many times and have never sold my tickets. I wonder if I get a different weight in the lottery than others, if they can be fairly certain that my tickets won't hit resale?
