What made it crash?

I'm guessing either aliens or a botched attempt to cloak it before flying off to parts unknown.

You have a story where they found it?

CNN has nothing.

IMHO:
Pilot killed the other pilot, turned off the oxygen to passengers, reset course, killed himself, plane runs out of fuel, crashes.

Motive for that?

Probably as plausible as any other theory but here's why I don't buy that one. Yes, a person out to off himself is irrational but he has a goal. And he will behave rationally within the framework of executing that goal. That means he won't take unnecessary risks that might keep him from achieving his goal. There are a lot less risky ways to kill yourself and if that's all he wanted to do, he'd have chosen one of those. The exception is if a guy is doing it to make some kind of statement (political, religious, whatever). In that case, the goal is the statement, not the act. He achieves his end even if he fails to kill himself. So he would have left behind some piece of information that explained why he was doing it so that people would link his act to whatever statement he was trying to make.

Don't planes have sensors that, when they come into contact with salt water, sends the location to a satellite regardless of wether the transponder or acars is working?

The US just has to be the center for everything that happens. I have trouble with motive as to why the CIA would care about this random Malaysian flight. But here you go.
MH370 CIA Cover-Up: Military Tells Malaysia To Say Maldives Lied About Plane Sightings (Map)
Yes, I was looking for eyewitness accounts from Maldives.

That's not easy to do. They went through security. Maybe if he strangled him with his tie or something.

I think it will have something to do with him being a Muslim.
I'll admit the lack of a missive is the hole in my theory.

I don't have any problem with the CIA being involved with what might eventually turn out to be a threat to national security. That's their job.

Admittedly, their security isn't nearly as stringent as ours.

Heard them say that on the news the other day

CNN said earlier today that Facebook posts and shared videos detailed that the Pilot was likely an Atheist or sympathetic to Atheists. He also had a good bit of Pro-USA posts. I wonder if that was just a facade.

I agree completely. If you read the article linked it claims that there is a CIA cover up to keep the people of Maldives quiet because the plane was headed to Diego Garcia. Some people over there are obsessed with the US being the bad guy in this. Some of their theories make our conspiracy theories look like childs play.

The most disturbing thing about this entire fiasco is that 2/3's of airports around the world do not have strict enough rules on fake passports. There were 2 of them at least on flight 370. I watched a special on just how big the black market industry was for stolen passports/ visas and it's mind blowing.
This all in a post 911 world on international flights nevertheless.
