I've tried to find it but it doesn't seem to exist online yet. I've seen it on CNN 3 times now though.

black cops?
Race card wielders hate them worse than white cops. Only see them as Uncle Tom's doing the white man's bidding.

Is what they are saying about the process the grand jury went through true? Is it really that different? Would it be better for them to completely figure it out and not have any influence one way or the other?
what part of the process are you referring to?

You could try arson and see if you could get away with it.

All these people wanting cameras worn by cops at all times.. That's fine but does anybody believe there wouldn't be this outrage even if there was a video of it? Like all the evidence presented wasn't enough.
Personally, I think it would have prevented all of the protesting. The initial outrage came from the bullshite witness stories. By the time the evidence proved the witnesses to be lying, the 'movement' had too much steam to stop. The protesters became so invested in this whole ordeal that they will never believe the evidence over the the first witness accounts. A simple video of Brown acting out like he did and no media outlet would have bothered with it. First impressions do matter.

The talking heads keep saying the process the grand jury went through isn't typical. They were given all the evidence.

Hmmm... Some coverages DO cover riots, it's "Acts of war" that are not covered.
quote:
Section 43.02[5] addresses exclusions related to violent uprisings and armed hostilities. Sections 43.02[5][a]-[e] explain that for the "war" exclusion to apply, armed hostilities between two or more states or sovereign entities must be ongoing. Losses resulting from usurped power, insurrection, invasion, rebellion, and civil war are also typically excluded from coverage, see Sections 43.02[5][g]-. [i]In contrast, as discussed in Section 43.02[5][f], losses resulting from domestic riot and civil commotion are generally covered. The unique problems presented by acts of terrorism are addressed in Section 43.02[5][j].

So I DO think many of the businesses especially the national chains will be covered and fine.

The media is DESPERATE to figure out the vote count of the grand jury.

Very few and I guarantee you none of the small business owners have that coverage. National chains most likely do but in the grand scheme of things it wont really hurt them.
Riot and Civil Commotion are general exclusions. Google all you want but I deal with this stuff for a living.
